Steven Ghafouri
Steven Ghafouri has been surrounded by real estate from early on in his life. Along with his family, he developed and remodeled multiple single-family homes throughout Southern California. It only took one project to know that real estate is his passion.
This first-hand experience led him to earn his degree in Real Estate Policy, Planning, and Development with an emphasis in Business Finance at the University of Southern California. With a vast understanding of development, design, architecture, and construction, Steven offers a unique angle to the business by providing a personable approach to buying and selling.
Steven has been in the real estate industry since 2005. Starting out with Casden Properties, Steven was part of the multi-million-dollar development of Palazzo Westwood, a 350 unit building with 115,000 square feet of commercial retail.
Steven’s wealth of knowledge and experience is what he brings to every transaction to help his buyers and sellers in single-family, investment, and commercial properties. His passion for real estate focuses on strategy and execution to yield results. With his trusted portfolio of vendors and experience in inspections, planning, and development, his relationship with his clients surpasses that of the standard agent.
Outside of Real Estate sales, Steven owns rental properties that he manages in his spare time throughout Los Angeles and Santa Barbara county. He is an avid golfer and loves to travel with his beautiful wife Corine and daughter Zoe.

Analise Pandy
Analise Pandy joined Sasha Rahban | Real Estate in 2019 when she helped assist in the design and launch of the new sasharahban.com website. Ongoing services progressed with rebranding, weekly email campaigns, social media management, print design, multimedia design, research, market comparables and other real estate market efforts.
Born and raised in Los Angeles CA, Analise grew up assisting her father to manage numerous income properties throughout the city. This foundation built a desire to become more influential in the field by studying Business and Marketing at Pepperdine University. While finishing the last year in college, she began developing a successful career in Property Management throughout West Hollywood and Los Angeles area.
In 2016, an opportunity formed to relocate from Los Angeles to Maui, HI to flourish her innate skills in fast-paced hospitality Sales and Marketing. Located at the top-ranked hotel on the island, along with excelling to management roles, she still desired being home in Los Angeles. Hard work, desire, commitment and diligence are the innate characteristics which led to her success in these professional roles.
In 2019, she made the final decision to move back home to be closer to family and nourish the desire in a career in real estate.
Analise experience in real estate continues to improve and expand. She is in the process of getting her real estate license and will join the Sasha Rahban | Real Estate team upon receiving her license as a real estate agent. She is always a meticulous, detail-oriented, and problem-solving mindset and will work with investors, sellers and first home buyers as soon as she obtains her license.
